Top Nine Ways to Work Out Abs

Signing up at the gym or paying for personal trainer services aren’t the only ways to work out abs. The excellent news is that you can do any of these 9 fantastic ab workouts lacking even leaving your home or using any expensive equipment.

1. Crunches. Lie on the floor and place your hands across your chest. Bend your knees as you keep your feet anchored on the floor and part your legs slightly. Lift your torso until you reach a 45-degree angle and hold it there for a few seconds. Slowly go back to the first position and start all over.

2. Frog Leg Crunches. There are many ways to build abs quick than just regular crunches, and this is one of the best. Lie on the floor, cross your hands over your chest, and form a diamond with your legs by bringing your feet inward until the soles are touching. Try to keep your outer thighs, knees and calves as close to the floor as doable. Lift your torso unhurriedly while curling your pelvis and hold that position, then slowly go back down and start again.

3. Crossover Crunches. Start off in your regular crunch position. As a replacement for of going straight up, try moving diagonally, doing both sides interchangeably. This will give your obliques a really solid workout.
