• Have enough sleep. You should sleep for at least 8 hours a day. If you don’t sleep this much then it will surely affect the production of growth hormones.

• Know which food is bad for you. Never eat food that contains a lot of sugar. Avoid drinking too much alcohol because it can dehydrate the body.

Eat the right foods. Eat foods that have a lot of proteins and carbohydrates like eggs, red meat, tuna, cheese, and nuts.

• Exercise and do some stretching. You should have a schedule for your workouts because if you do this often you will see better results.
