Fast Muscle Growth

In our times today when good looks and physical appearance matter, everybody is going to the same route- to the gym. Girls do come here to have a sexier and toner body. Guys come for one mission. That is to build their muscles. While some guys took pains in growing their muscles, others have this fast muscle growth in just few sessions.

Fast muscle growth can be attributed to many factors. It is no wonder why some develop it fast while others have to work hard to achieve it. These factors include genes, growth hormones, food intake and types of physical activities.

Naturally, our genes come from our parents and our lineage. It is a natural determiner that will make up for the slow or fast muscle growth. No one can alter it. It is clearly stated in our genes if we will be able to develop big biceps or not.

The number of muscle cells, the muscle fiber arrangement and the muscle cell types constitute the genetic make-up of our muscles. The more muscle cells, the faster and bigger muscle you have. No matter how hard you train, if your genetic materials are not made for it, you won’t develop the muscles that you desire.

Another factor for the slow or fast muscle growth is your growth hormones. These hormones are naturally endowed to us. They act as the messengers of the information going to the specific organs. Processes like fat metabolism, protein synthesis and regulation of insulin are related to developing your muscles.

If your growth hormones are not active, then the growth will also be hampered and vice versa. That is why some resort to using growth hormone boosters that will do the job just in case their natural hormones are not doing well.

One shouldn’t forget that the food we eat is also essential in the growth of our muscles. The food that we eat plays a big role in the formation of our muscles. If you are dedicated enough for your fast growth of your muscle, then you should consume foods which are rich in carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

You should eat only the right amount of foods that is needed by your body. Diet guides are available to help you on how many grams of carbohydrates, proteins or fats that you should be eating to improve the growth of your muscles.

The physical activities where you are engaged in will also determine how slow or fast your muscle growth is. If your activities involve carrying heavy objects, then expect that your muscles will develop at once as compared to the other one who only sits and does easy task.
